What exactly is 1MoreRep?
It's a multi-user gym tracker that runs in your browser and installs as an app. You log workouts, follow or auto-generate routines, track progress and body metrics, and compete in friendly weekly leagues. It's hosted for you today — and it's open source, so you can run your own instance whenever you like.
How much does it cost?
It's free to use — no subscriptions, no per-seat fees, and your data is never sold or monetised. It's also open source: self-host your own instance any time — you'll just need a server to run it on.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
Not at all — just open app.1morerep.de and sign in. Running your own instance is an option for anyone comfortable with a Docker container — it's open source on GitHub.
Does the AI send my data anywhere?
No. The workout generator is deterministic by default. The optional AI assist runs against a self-hosted model — nothing is sent to a third-party AI cloud.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes — it's a PWA. Open it in your mobile browser and choose "Add to Home Screen" for a full-screen, app-like experience with opt-in push reminders. It works great offline, too.
